Our Story
FishingLineStrength was built on a single principle: deliver hooks that perform consistently in the demanding conditions of European waters. With years of experience in fishing hook manufacturing, our team understands what brands and distributors need — reliable quality, consistent supply, and coatings that stand up to saltwater.
We started by identifying a gap in the market: European buyers needed a hook supplier who could offer the advanced coating technology usually reserved for premium brands, but at order quantities that smaller distributors could work with. Our HI-TECH Chemical Coated process and Nano Smooth Coat technology are the direct result of listening to what the European market actually needs.
Our Factory
Our production facility is equipped with automated wire forming, precision grinding, and multi-stage coating lines. Every hook passes through multiple quality control checkpoints — from incoming wire inspection to final packaging.
Coating is applied in controlled-environment lines where temperature, humidity, and cure times are monitored to maintain consistency across batches. Our QC lab runs regular salt spray testing, tensile strength verification, and sharpness profiling to ensure every shipment meets specifications.
We maintain batch traceability from raw material to finished product, so every order can be traced back to its production run and material lot.
